A UCC search allows you to search our database to determine if a specific individual/organization has active, expired or terminated liens filed with our office.

Typical collateral consist of goods, equipment, chattel paper and agricultural products, not licensed vehicles.
For real estate check with the county clerk
For tax liens check with the tax department.
