Formats for Rules

All rules must be prepared in a standard format. The Secretary of State rule, CSR 153-6, "Standard Size and Format for Rules and Procedures for Publication of the State Register or Parts of the State Register," describes the formatting requirements.

Forms

All forms are provided on-line in portable document format (pdf) for use with the Acrobat Reader. Forms are activated for completing on screen -- just position the mouse over the blank area on the form. When the hand icon changes from a hand to an cursor bar, click to place you cursor.
