The prevailing wage rates are set for each labor category and classification for each county by the West Virginia Division of Labor, based on standards established by West Virginia Code. For an explanation of the labor categories and classifications, see the appendices.

Select the county name to view the wage rates for building construction applicable to projects requiring employers to pay the prevailing wage. The 2007 Heavy and Highways are currently in effect.  Go to heavy and highway wage rates to find rates for those labor categories.
