Registration of Charitable Organization	Independent organizations collecting under $1 million per year	$15
	Organizations collecting over $1 million per year	$50
	Parent organizations with affiliates operating under same registration	$50

Registration of Professional Solicitor or Fund-Raising Counsel	Persons or organizations paid to solicit contributions or advise organizations about fund raising	$100

Professional Fundraiser Bond (see pages 5-6)	$10,000 bond with corporate surety for all professional solicitors or fund-raising counsel

	Additional filing fees for late filing of any of the above registrations, for each month late	$25 per month

Warning! Late Registration Fees Add Up!

The law sets a $25 per month late fee for a charitable organization or professional fundraiser which does not file its registration or renewal on time. An organization cannot be properly registered until both the registration fee and late fee are paid.
